Helpful and Understanding Staff! – I've been taking my dog and cats to Northeast Cat & Dog Hospital for a few years now and have had nothing but positive experiences there. Dr. Hoover (our primary vet) and Dr. Ropko are both excellent veterinarians who treat each patient with kindness. We've also had really good luck with the techs and assistants there. Thanks! :)
They Do Not Follow Instructions – I gave the kennel staff specific instructions on the care of my dog,he had an injured foot that was under a different vets care.I was lucky to have gotten him out of there with all four feet still attached. The foot was unbandaged ,open ,and raw.I will never step into their establishment again!!!!
Horrific Experience – I recently brought my best friend there on two instances, both times my dog came out worse off then when I had brought him in. The first time I thought was a fluke. I brought him in for a simple nailtrim and ear cleaning, only for him to come back out with three nails bleeding and half of his ear debris still in his ear.
