my husband and I went there other day we wanted to get the $20 crab claws. waitress brought us our drink and literally didnt come back. watched her take 4 other tables orders, bring their food and ignored us 100% had to ask another server to get our server so we could pay for our drink. so very disappointed. used to the wonderful service In Clearwater. we shouldn't have even had to pay for ours drinks. over an hour of our vacation wasted
Sunday football, waited for service since arriving at 3:30, waitress went right by me tell help a leaving couple, never asked me if I needed a menu or anything. the manager also went by me on her break and didn't check up. At 4:55, I complained to Manger, and she simply said "I thought u was just watching football". Most of the Hooters around me have closed. I'd craved the 3 mile island breaded wings for some time. This was a lucky win. Being across the street from my hotel.
