All black staff.
There was a mouse on the floor and the manager did nothing about it. He didn't even try to move customers away from where the mouse was. He was more worried about losing customers than the mouse biting anyone or getting on anyone!
There kitchen needs some love There workers are hit and miss The workers in the kitchen are more worried about the girls walking around then the food that’s coming across the order board. Have seen my waitress once to get my drinks and my food order. Been here over an hour and no food. Nothing like Tennessee. This place sucks.
Took 1.5 hrs to get our food. When we did, it all came out cold. Could see the cooks in the kitchen using their phones with gloved hands and using same gloves to touch and prepare food. Bathroom was also disgusting.
What a place not to eat!!! Took an hour to get food when we came in before other families who ate, paid, and left. Manager gave a few excuses why it took the kitchen too long. Moved tickets, shift change, all the above. Fed my kid last after I had to ask twice for her food. Bathrooms whole other story of disgusting. Then on the way out we were laughed at for the dissatisfaction. Restaurant had maybe 20 people all together to include us!!
