Abi was the absolute best. Attitude and personality is unmatched
Despite their being several servers and it not being busy our service was lacking. My 13 yr old that loves wings said the ranch had more flavor than the chicken and Twin Peaks was better. This is not the Hooters of years ago. I think our server smiled when she came to our table and that may have been the only smile I saw. I don't need the servers tripping over themselves to be friendly but there was definitely a bad vibe. Just a general feeling of the customers were in the way of them just hanging out.
We have visited this hooters numerous times and it just gets worse. Our server said it was her second day and she was loaded with tables. She had our order correct however nothing was warm, the kitchen even refused to grill the Daytona wings, she was in tears because the kitchen would not help her, she kept her composure but you could see she felt defeated.
