Horrible customer service - I am From out the state and came to eat - was asked to leave Very rude and Came off as very racist Manager who refused to give name but yelled it out and said Jason when I asked multiple times. Had my service animal with me and he told us we had to get out . He sent a kind waitress to keep telling us to leave and I asked to speak to the manager. He could not tell me the difference between a service animal and an emotional support dog. I would not recommend my dog to come visit this place.
Stopped in for a quick lunch before a work meeting. Haven’t been to a Hooters in well over a decade, wasn’t sure what to expect. Brandi was super attentive while juggling every table & made sure I had everything I needed. I got original wings with 3 Mile Island sauce and they were PERFECT. Sauce was a nice balance of heat and flavor, breading was so crispy, couldn’t have been happier. Wish this location wasn’t so far from where I live, but I’ll be back before my next meeting in Waldorf!
