Never had a negative experience here, a waitress Named Eliana serverd us. And got one item wrong on our order. And I just got off work. Tired and a long day. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER at this location. I joined the Hooters club cause it seemed like a good idea. Well the online ordering system changed my order from Las Cruces, NM to the San Matteo location in Albuquerque. So I immediately called to cancel their order. Love coming here for the wings. I have to say this is probably my favorite place to come get wings from Wingstop and Buffalo wild wings are decent but the wings here are way better.
I went in today, the girl with the braid is rude and shouldn’t be approaching anyone with her bad attitude.
Walked in, not welcomed at all. Group of waitresses having a disgust stare and said sit anywhere. Waitress who served did not introduce herself, not attentive at all. When asking for other items, server walked away. ZERO interaction and spoke very low. Observing the entrance, none of the waitresses greeted customers walking in.
