Worst customer service ever store was dirty Staff doesn’t have it together. Management is rude.
I went to Hooters tonight to watch Mexico’s World Cup match, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had there. The air conditioning was off, making the restaurant uncomfortable. The bar looked like it was already shut down, with all of the display bottles removed, which gave the place an abandoned feel. What really ruined the experience was the service.
