Ended up waiting over 30 minutes for something that should have already been prepared & ready when i arrived. The delay was frustrating, and what stood out even more was that no one checked in or provided updates while I was waiting. The staff didn’t seem too concerned about the delay, which made the overall experience feel dismissive, the staff seemed more focused on flirting & chatting than actively managing orders and guest flow. Our server, cami Was horrible. She’s a cute blonde girl, but she was horrible at service and horrible at taking care of us in general. Honestly will never come back again.
Me and my mom came in this evening, we didn’t have to come here. The food was amazing, cusps to the chef, but the server, was horrible. Kennedy was very disrespectful, never checked on us, had to ask someone else to page her to get silverware. Also had to have someone else page her to get our check. When she did deliver the check, she put it down on the table, aggressively, and stormed off. Not coming back for a while.
I love Hooters. Cleanliness & hospitalityI will be back Ashely. My waitress was amazing. She really deserves a promotion.
Worst wings ever!! Literally no chicken, all bone. Buffalo sauce was absolutely disgusting and most of the wings still had hair on them. The service sucked as well. I’ll never come back.
