I've been a loyal Hooters customer for years, and I have to say — the food isn't what finally drove me away. It's the complete and utter disrespect shown to customers and employees alike every time this company decides to shut a door permanently. Hooters has now made a habit of locking their doors overnight with zero advance warning — not once, but dozens in the span of about a year. The food is always great! Wings are hands down the best! The service was not as good this time. The waitress who greeted us and took our drink order was friendly and great. My actual server seemed bothered and was not friendly towards us. Maybe she was having a bad day? Idk. I still left her a good tip because she wasn't rude or mean, just not personable or happy at all. Hopefully her good tip made her day better for her next table. But kudos to the cooks! Never a bad meal there and that's what keeps me coming back!
Food quality and preparation have seriously declined. Service is fine. Management needs to improve the food issues. I used to enjoy going here 😞
