We visited hooters on a Friday night and the empty parking lot should’ve been a sign. There’s was only two other tables with guests and people at the bar. The waitress that helped us was either new or inexperienced which is okay but the speediness of service, menu knowledge and Customer service was lacking. The beer was flat and hot, we had to ask for menus when she came to take our order, no utensils provided, the food didn’t have any flavor. My chicken sandwich was delicious but the chicken breast is about half of what they used to serve. I know it's because of inflation. Beer was cold and our server K.K was sociable and great service.
