Absolutely the worst wings. Food was slow coming out. Frys were brought out after we had finished of the disgustingly wings. The only thing pleasant was Ashante our server who did a fine job. Last visit to Hooters. Fire the cooks that playing in the kitchen
This is the WORST hooters. Nobody was there and we waited 3 hrs for food. And their excuse which we have heard twice before was that the cooks walked out. Not once did the manager come over and say anything, was no where to be found. Then the worst part is when we finally got our food it was all cold. Not one thing was fresh. This is the worst hooters in DFW hands down. If you have to drive an extra 15 miles to another one do it and save yourself the hassle.
This particular location has gone down in service and food quality. It wasn't busy, but we had to ask different servers for a second round of brews, and part of our order was cold by the time it got to us. Fried Pickles are still excellent.
Horrible. Absolutely the worst. Took over an hour to get food. There were only 6 tables with people. Took 20 more minutes for someone to collect our tab and card to pay. The 'manager' looked like she just woke up and could not have cared less. Never going back
It’s been forever since we came to this location BUT it was a special occasion so let’s go back to our original spot. MISTAKE!! ONE waitress for the entire restaurant which was made clear multiple times as our order was continuously wrong or took way too long. So that was the excuse. Whoever is in charge of staffing this location has it all wrong. Really ONE waitress, just no! Food was coming out almost room temperature.
