Place wasn’t busy at all came to celebrate a birthday and got crappy cold food.Short male manager with a beard was very unprofessional. Talking about my family to his co workers about our “big discount” for their mistakes, the other manger who was amazing gave great service and was attentive. The server was amazing very attentive as well.
Very relaxing spot for a Hooters. Felt more like restaurant vibes vs. Sports bar. The staff were all beautiful and cheerful with smiles. It does seem that the spice category needs to be revamped. I had the 3-Mile sauce, which wasn't spicy at all. And not that I'm used to spice, I mean not spicy at all! Regardless, Victoria is a great waitress. She was very kind and patient with me, she did an excellent job pretending to be interested in my stories, lol.
Wow! What terrible service! I will never come back here again. I've never experienced such poor service! Where was the manager? My food was late, and when I asked about it, the server responded, "Do you want it to go?" My tip will definitely reflect her service!
