Not one to normally complain, I've worked in the industry over 20 years and have NEVER seen more of an unprepared mess in my life. Spent almost 2 hours for a table of 4 to eat wings and fries. Was never asked if needed a refill. Restaurant was only half full at best yet the kitchen quit taking orders for 30 minutes. Also saw multiple parties come in and be denied "they weren't seating tables anymore. Terrible service do not go here. They lost my ticket and I was there for 3 hrs. Then they try to charge me for food I did not receive. No discount, poor service.
I've been to this location a few times over the years. The service had been mediocre, the food was okay and the atmosphere is typical. I can say the last time I was there it took about 15 minutes for a server to show up to our table. Then our did orders got messed up. I ordered tots with a chicken sandwich and never got the tots with the sandwich. I mentioned something and got tots when I was done with my sandwich. Long story short this has been a pattern when I've visited here. I won't be going back.
I came a few days ago and my waitress kenzie gave terrible service and honestly her overall appearance grossed me out so bad to the point that I could not even stomach my food. when I tell you this lady looked so dirty and gross to the point where a whole bottle of dawn could not clean this nasty winch, yes dawn, the one they use to get OIL OFF THE DUCKS. You’d be better off getting hit by a car and dying than being cursed with her as your waiter.
