Waited 15 minutes before they took our drink orders, waited another 10 minutes and still never brought the drinks. We left! ��
Great service! Daniela was awesome.. the food though.. i thought I was dying last night, lol
This was our first time there and our food was brought to us. The wings look like nuggets and not enough sauce. The waitress and some guy (who works there also) were arguing in front of customers. Very unprofessionally waitress she was sitting not doing nothing while all the others were working their butt off. We went home and we all had upset stomachs.
After waiting for two hours we walked out on an empty stomach, our food never got to our table worst service ever!!!! The only thing the manager said is that they’re still working on our order mind you we only order 15 wings, 2 burgers & a salad how long can that take specially when you come in when the restaurant is not even busy of course after being there for 2 hours place started to get packed & still everyone else getting there food but our table.... so disappointed on HOOTERS
Only problem was the fries wasn't as hot as I would I've like them to be
After the servers stated that they didn't want to serve our party of 10..we stayed...probably should have left then..... then one person cut there hand on a glass.... waitress never apologized, we had to ask for a bankaid and then they poured the SAME drink from the broken glass into a new one and gave it back. Worst service I've had in a long time. We waited 35 minutes for our first drink and the bar was NOT backed up.
Britainey was all over the bar! Service excellent again!
Went for dinner with my family. Poor service. When we arrived, there were 4 employees standing by the hostess table that didn't greet us. It took another employee to come over and seat us. Our waitress was ok, she checked on us a couple of times, however my daughters kids meal didn't come out with the rest of our food. Dirty restrooms.
