Hooters of Phoenix has a great Ladies' Day! I know a lot of people don't like Hooters on principle, but when I worked downtown, this was the best Wednesday lunch. It's ladies' day! 25% off. Decent service, pretty good food. Try the grilled cheese sandwich if you don't like wings.
Awesome Wings! Hooters really does have the best wings, and if you don't mind the waitresses in their skimpy costums, which I dont really care, as long as they do their job, then it's awesome!
