Best Hooters in Houston! Best Hooters in Houston! Great Girls, Food, and atmosphere. I have been going to this location since 1985. Some of the old cooks here can still make Elvis style wings. The only other Hooters I have found still making them are in Round Rock and Austin area. All the others say "Elvis, what's that?" Plus they have a lot of remotes and are always dressing up.
