Really Bad Service – Today, 11/30/2010, I went to the Hooters at 2519 Southwest Fwy, Houston, Texas. I ordered a Steak Sandwich and an order of curly fries. 25 minutes later the food showed up. It had been sitting so long the grease was congealed on the plate and the curly fries were cold. I decided to go get a hot meal elsewhere and asked the waitress for the check. Avoid avoid avoid – Having three 18 year old girls visiting from the UK they chose this place to have an 'American diner' experience - oh did we get it wrong. The atmosphere was flat, the food was inedible and only the attentive waitress made up for what would have been a complete disaster.
