Business response:
Genie Davis Nix thanks so much for stopping in and taking the time to leave your review, we really appreciate it!
Service was horrible, food tasted old and not fresh. I have never had issues there before. The messed up part was their were not that busy. They had over 7 tables that were not bussed. Manager came over to bring our food and didn't even clear our appetizer dishes. Getting refills on our drinks was like pulling teeth.
Business response:
Sarah Cantrell very sorry to hear about all the problems. Definitely hate to hear about your experience, but thank you for the honest feedback as it doesn't go unnoticed. I know I can't take back the headache you experienced, but I'll pass this on and if there's anything else I can do, please feel free to email me at reviews@hooters.com anytime. -Will
