I always love the food and waitresses are the best.
I stopped in there on Monday for lunch and I was having problems putting in a code on the app from the north Charleston SC store so Jen [bartender] got the manager too help me because of the inconvenience which was really thoughtful every time I visit charlotte I always stop in there I live in Cleveland TN and visit the Chattanooga TN store great people in concord nc
We won't be going back. We usually eat here because it's reasonably priced and there isn't usually too bad of a wait. The last time we went they weren't busy and it took 45 mins for nachos, so we spoke to the manager, she was kind enough to take them off of our bill. Last night same scenario, barely 10 cars in the parking lot so we assumed it would be pretty quick, waitress took our drinks and food orders about as soon as we sat down. The wait staff was great friendly . didnt want to leave . It was my birthday noone knew it but I enjoyed my time . Marissa was great. Also their was a nice manager didn't get her name she was really nice to or maybe she was bartender
Fast attentive service. Stopped in for a late lunch with my family and was promptly seated. Drinks and meals followed shortly there after. We have been to several Hopters in the area and this one is by far the best
Great place to stop every time in Concord !!! Always great service
