Worst hooters I have ever been in.....no wonder Twin peaks and tilted Kilt are putting you out of business. The service tonight was really slow.. beer was served in warm mugs....my steam shrimp was cold when arrived....took almost 15 minutes to get some mayo for sandwich.......I have been To this Jacksonville hooters 3 times on my business trips.....and it was bad each time(gave em a chance) I travel the country working for the US Coast Guard and have been in many Hooters.
