Ordered Uber Eats from here and still 2 hours later, the food is not yet done. Tried calling and they said a 10 minute wait just to answer the phone. Never will go there again

Tonight we waited over 15 without being acknowledged by a waitress to take any order. One of the girls was busy with her boy friend while another just smiled and walked on by. Mind you we had a 3 year old with us. We left to go eat next door at Sonic where we had amazing service. For it to be the only Hooters in JVille i am disappointed. Oh and due to Covid it was not even packed.

didn't get everything in our order, will not be having Hooters again, story over
waitress was M.I.A. food was wrong, wings were nothing but grease! There was once when Hooters was the place to go for wings, 3 strikes your out. I've been to countless Hooters all over this country. This is by far the worse. Food and service both sucked!

Wife and I ordered 10 pc wing and frys after 30+ minute wait finally managed to get our waitress attention to ask how much longer about 10 minutes later she bought the wing orders and said they were still working on the frys meanwhile she had never stopped and visited to see if we needed drink refills napkins ect well we finished our wings and neither the frys or waitress never showed so the wife tracked her down told her to take frys off and bring the check won’t be back
