The floor was so slippery I almost slipped and fell trying to get to the table. The table was filthy like it had not been been wiped off. The waitress looked like she hated her life too. Horrible. First and last time there.
RecommendedThe hooters at our corner closed a few months ago so we made the trip to the Roseville location. Service in Troy (our corner hooters) was trash, but Kai served us tonight and she made all of our pain in the a* dreams come true. At least 3 servers & a manager were at our table at one point or another to prebuss or check on us and our drinks never went empty. Definitely way better than we expected and we’ll be back asking for the same server in the future :) we recommend Kai!

Food is great and it's a clean place to have fun and eat
Worst service ever! The manager was a better server than our waitress. They had 6 waitresses on staff with only 3 2-4 person tables and I had to go up to the bar to get my husband a refill on his soda. Also had to wait 20 minutes for the check, then an additional 15 for her to pick the bill back up. NEVER AGAIN!
Horrible service, waitress was rude. Took them 10 minutes to come take our drink orders, then another 20 minutes before she took our food order, the manager stated that they were short staffed.. there were only 5 tables and 3 waitresses. We won’t be back again.
I've been going here for years. 1st Hooters Restaurant I've ever been too :)
We do not go to the U.S often but when we do we make a point to visit this one.We were greater by the Manager and seated at a table where we felt very comfortable.The server,Nikki,came over right away and was extremely professional.We got exactly what we ordered and the staff was very accommodating about signing my t- shirt from Hooters that I purchased year's ago.Wish they still had one in Windsor,that's where we had our Stag and Doe at. Hope to see you all again very soon, and again,thank you for everything.
