I ordered a taco salad and the chili was SO SALTY that I sent it back. The manager said to just order something else from our waitress but she never returned to take my order until my daughter and husband were done eating! LOUSY FOOD, LOUSY SERVICE!! I left hungry and upset!!
Sad to say that Hooters seems very poorly managed. The wait for a table is unnecessarily long because not enough wait staff is on duty to service all of the tables. The entire back of the establishment is unseated. This is the second time this has occurred at Manassas Hooters recently. Now we've been informed that Hooters has ran out of large glasses in a restaurant that is only 3/4 of capacity. Once again as Hooters management has underperformed in anticipation of a major UFC Fight.
Waited 10 minutes to be seated and then another 15+ minutes for our drinks to get to the table and that was only after I asked a manager about them. It took about 35 minutes after that to get our appetizers which came out same time as our main entrées. Don't think I'll go back to that location.
I have been a diehard Hooters fan for yesrs! This is the second time we have brought company with us for the UFC fight. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. The place WAS NOT busy and my company waited 35 min on a BEER! I cant believe this ....ver disappointed:(
