I told the waitress my fries were stale, like they had been freezer burned, and she looked at me horrified. And did nothing about it.
wings tested like moldy grain smells
Ick. This was what our order looked like, granted it was delivered. He ordered 2 flavors of wings, only got 1 flavor. Didn’t get extra ranch that we were charged for. And just look at the fries next to the sandwich.

Absolute worst waitresses in KC. Too focused on flirting with the men to get tips. Our food will sit on the counter for 10 minutes before they bring it to us. They’re not attentive, take selfies and yell to each other in front of customers, and hide in the back to avoid customers. My boyfriend and I love the food but just hate the service, go to any other hooters but this one.
the service was brutal. dont bother going there. it was pathetic.
Took over 40 minutes to get a sampler plate. Looked around and not even 1/4th the tables were sat. Told the server it isn’t too busy are the cooks on break? She said no, its all to-go orders are backing up the food. I said maybe I should order to go and food will get here sooner, she laughed. She was extremely apologetic but it seems as if Hooters overall corporate wide is poor and it shows on street level.
