I never do this but my group of only 10 had the worst dining experience of our lives. Waited 25 minutes for a seat when it was not even half full. After being there 1hr 45 minutes our food started to come but informed us our little girl now could not have her grilled cheese because they were out of bread so she did not get to eat in fear that it might take another hour to get something else. So, to start off, my husband was seated underneath an air conditioning vent that was leaking. Our appetizer took over 40 minutes to come out; and when it did our food followed two minutes later. They didn't bring my husbands side fries that he ordered and at that point he didn't want them so he told them never mind on his but my fries were awful and cold, so they brought me out another plate (which I'm pretty sure were his fries they forgot to bring out) and they were also cold. The food was delicious and the service even better. Shannon our server was waiting tables running the bar seating people and answering the phone. Definitely an asset to this establishment
I go here on my birthday every year and this year was very different we had a waitress name Shannon and she was the sweetest and most respectful waitress we've had in a while and ask her to write happy birthday on the napkin the leave there with there name on it she did with no problem and I asked could I get a pic with her she gladly said yes so I'll be back alot more thank you Shannon one happy customer !!!!
Well we are still here. Been here two hours and still have not got food. They have ran out of curly fries, fried pickles, cheese sticks, and another appetizer. Tvs are great. Service was was awful. Last appetizer showed up same time as main food order. Worst Hooters I have ever seen
Food arrived cold, another one of our tables didn't get their drinks. It was obvious that the kitchen was in disarray. 6 of the wait staff were constantly in front of the window asking for orders. Get it together.
Our waitress was very nice and sweet! But the place was a hot mess!!!! Left without even eating after two hours:((((((
