Had some good service and also a good recommendation for the Daytona wings bombbb
Food was great but service sucked. Family asked for tea refills and was given unsweetened tea. When they asked again was told they mixed sweet and unsweetened because they were out. Had to get water. Then kept waiting on bill. Finally asked for it and 10 minutes later had to call someone over to let us pay for our food. Instead of waitress coming over, she went with the crowd to sing happy birthday. Customer service is what grows your business.

They got all the food wrong , we spent $39.87 and the couples we were with spent about the same . The server was nice BUT could not keep up with her tables . Unless the kitchen and servers get better we might not return . We never got to eat and was sent home with a Togo box of our food .
Me amd the family went for supper.. was seat and waited for 15 minutes and nobody ever came to our table. We walked out and left. 4 waitresses were standing at the front door chatting. We told them we waited and no body cae. Gave us an attitude.
Had the best experience ever from a Hooters. Food was prepared perfectly and the Service was impeccable. Be sure to ask for Topeka’s section.
Went to eat on Mothers Day ! My daughter who is also a Mommy and I got our chicken free , that was awesome! We had a great waitress Allison. The food was great. The Nachos with chicken starter was alot and yummy ! We will be back. Thanks Hooters !
