RecommendedMy husband and I were here today when he had a serious medical emergency and our waitress and the managerAmber, as well as other customers were more than helpful in getting an ambulance for us and being so kind during this episode. The food we did get to eat was also very good!
The service and food were Awesome
I do NOT recommend!!!!! We were here celebrating a birthday (food was good) but we had a horrible experience from the Assistant Manager Sierra regarding a drink charge. I have never been talked to so rudely and had to defend what was basic customer service 101. Item was comped but the displeasure was apparent. This is our first day of our vacation and I have never experienced this at any Hooters location.
Food was good but the service was terrible!! We went two days in a row, they were a bit busy the first day so didn’t thing too much about it, second day wasn’t busy at all...service still sucked!
