Please improve the food quality. And the servers, they get lost 15 minutes for iced tea.
Great service wish all of the locations were like this boneless combo is great with all locations had that as well
This establishment's customer service is appalling. A young lady on the phone was incredibly rude and offered no help. When I spoke to the manager, they were just as unhelpful and even defended the employee's actions. With such a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy, I would never consider dining here.
Called to order food for pick up this young girl was being rude as hell on the phone. I have been going to this hooters my entire life. Maybe hire some older waitresses who don’t feel entitled and actually understand customer service.
