Timely repair is not a priority for these folks. My daughter’s air conditioner has been out for over two weeks! Residents and visitors cannot drive through the area without dodging potholes the size of craters. Pool in ad is empty and broken.
Horribly run place. The website to apply is broken, income and asset statements will not properly submit. And even once you complete the online application, you STILL have to come in and do an in person application that is EXACTLY the same as the online application. SUBMITTING the application alone will take a week because of how slow they are. If you are in a hurry, DO NOT trust how long they tell you things will take. The pot holes are insane. You seriously might lose your car and they are only getting worse. They been like that for years now.
