It’s a mom & son who moved into Hoosier Woods in January they have been living with black mold and have became sick , the lady in the office named Melanie Wooden she’s the property manager , the tenant have been telling them since April that her roof have been leaking water. She went to notify them again and Melanie was so rude told them they need to find a family member to stay with ! This is unacceptable and we need the community to help this family out . If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This is the worst place to live. Office people are rude, liars and total scammers. I completed my entire lease and gave them a 60 day notice after moving out they sent me a bill stating I owed them $484 bc I didn't sign another lease with them!! Since when is "market rent" for a 4bdr $1500... never even got the chance to go to court bc they know they have nothing to back up their bs. So now it's on my credit report. Maintenance is horrible emergency maintenance isn’t even a thing the staff sucks they come into the home while your not there highly ghetto
