My grandmother paid for climate control at this location. The storage leaked and all the furniture was covered in mold. She filed a complaint and they told her they couldn't do anything because she was able to clean everything. This processes took time. It added hours to the moving process and we had to bleach everything. She had documented photos to show all the mold. You would think they could reimburse what she paid extra for climate control.
