Hoosier Irrigation installed my system in June 2016. Back then, the installation was seamless. Kyle and his team have always done a stellar job in answering questions/concerns we have. Better yet, when called to move and/or adjust the system the calls are answered in a timely manner, and they show up on time! Special shout out to Jimmy, for helping us during this last request to accommodate some new landscaping.
Excellent service in all phases. Recently Jimmy came out and repaired a broken head that was damaged by a utility company. Also he altered a few more to upgrade our landscape project. Jimmy's customer service was super Gary Thompson
After multiple requests for assistance from my previous irrigation company went ignored, I’m happy to report my new crew (Kyle, Jimmy, Chris, etc.) at Hoosier Irrigation not only responded immediately, they came out the next day to open my system. Then they came back 2 days later to add a new head to reach an area the installing company botched. I’m already referred them a couple times based on a Facebook post showing their outstanding work. Call Hoosier Irrigation with confidence they’ll get the job done!

They fail to do the whole job 2 years in a row with filing the report with the state. I received letters from the state threatening to shut my water off so I had to get them to do the job they were paid for. The second year they told me it would be taken care of correctly but failed again. Why pay someone who wont do the entire job without having to chase them down.
