If you want a good bank that cares for their customers don’t go with Hoosier Hills. They do not care about their customers, only money and how much they can screw you!!!!
I have banked at several Banks over the years. None of which acted like they appreciated me or my business. I recently opened a new account, this time with HHCU. I was amazed at the friendly service, and they act like I am more than just a number. I just refinanced my truck there as well, no one around could touch their rate, No application fee, In and out in a very short time. I recommend them to all my friends, and tell them how good the service is.
Good service, great people, and I call Arlene "my go-to person" for any questions!
Stopped with a friend late Friday afternoon, to the credit union behind Lowe's and one of the tellers walked out of the building with half of her hair purple and a stud in her nose and big tall boots on over her jeans,she looked like she was coming out of a club, not a financial institution, Very unprofessional!
This bank claims to be small community friendly, but not so fast. My phone company accidentally billed me the wrong amount and promptly refunded the money. But because it had overdrafted I was left with a fee. When I explained this, Hoosier Hills said "it wasn't their mistake so they wouldn't refund the 33 dollar fee."
