I have changed this review to one star. I hired Jason to do some work on a house I had just bought. The previous owners of my house had a Laundry Pro 2.0 installed which uses Ozone water to sanitize laundry. Jason had recommended it also because he had been given a free unit to use himself by the local representative. First of all he did not tell me that the unit used a cartridge that could be changed to renew the device and ordered a brand new unit from Aerus costing more than $4000., (sold for $600. to $1100. online). Does anyone know if this business is still operating after the tragic accident? I can't reach anyone by phone ************Jason shows the utmost professionalism. He is courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable in his field. He takes the extra time to explain what went wrong and what needs to be done to correct it. Also very affordable!
They were the absolute best!! After almost being ripped off by another local company with the initials MJ I was so grateful that I asked for a second opinion with these guys! We had family coming in for our vow renewal and was told our problem couldn’t be fixed.
