This is a follow up review to a complaint I had regarding the payment system used and the 3% fee I was charged, in addition to the cost of my fencing. I want to state CLEARLY that the work done and the Owner, *******, and his staff are exemplary. We talked thru my issue that *** have been partly my fault. Had my aluminum fencing installed late December. I had some issues with how the gate looked at side of house. Owner ******* immediately called to discuss concerns....work was completed to my complete satisfaction.I wanted to pay final balance today, **** sent me the link to use my credit card. No mention of a 3% upcharge!I would have sent a check but I wanted to get the final payment to them. $164.42 to use a Credit Card. I submitted 5 star review before this deceptive practice occurred. I take it back.
