Extraordinarily poor service, especially considering I paid a total of $600 for my eye exam and glasses, which were not ready by the promised date
They no longer carry Clics reading glasses. So much for customer service. 😑
I went into Hoosier Eye Doctor for a scheduled examination as a new patient and arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. The staff were kind enough to let me inside (the appointment was scheduled at the time they open), but the kindness ended there. The receptionist was curt, and all of the other office staff seemed tense. I brushed it off because, whatever, people have bad days.
