Never had problems with them. Dr Beth always very thorough and professional.
Terrible. From the first step I took into the practice I had this feeling of being rushed and unwanted there. Dr. Brogan was unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. He had no interest in helping me and when I told him that the keloids I had were bothering me, he told me there was nothing he could do. Hoosier Dermatology was the worst Dermatology I have ever been to. I went in to have a vision on the palm of my hand looked at which is a crack on a crease of the palm of your hand and could not get it to close. The doctor prescribed me an antibiotic ointment and told me to keep it covered for five straight weeks I told him that that was not doable with my job they basically told me there's nothing else he could do which was a lie because I asked about other options and cauterizing it. Both doctor Brogans are talented physicians. They are kind and project professionalism at all times.
I have to say Dr. Beth Brogan is amazing. From the first day I met with her she was considerate of mine time. My appointment was at 1pm and she saw me at 1pm. There was no long waits in the waiting room or in the patient room. She explained to me in detail what the treatment was going to be and sent me on my way. She never rushed me, was thorough and kind.
