"I don't care what you do" Sent email that order wasn't placed since flowers were not in stock. Asked me to call/email back and advise what to do. Didn't get the email until 2 hrs. later since i was at work. Representative said florist was out and would call back in 30 minutes. She didn't. She sent an email that order was cancelled since she did not hear back from me.
