Don't normally leave reviews but this took the cake they have absolutely no one with any common sense or mechanical intelligence to repair anything unless a machine can tell u the issues even then it's probably over their scoop of intelligence sadly not truly sure how or why this place is even still open it definitely needs to be reevaluated their service depart employees... read more

Dealt with Carroll Ray on a new vehicle Carroll was very knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy at all. Great sales team at ford of Hoopeston and glad I was able to stay local with my purchase.

I bought my car here during the.covid pandemic. Getting everything set up and figured out was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I knew the car I wanted and setting everything up was a breeze. I normally end up spending 4-5 hours and tons of stress getting a car. I think it took an hour total. The seller was super helpful but not pushy. I'll be visiting this site for future purchases as it surpassed my expectations!
