if i could give this a 0/5 i would. bought a 2011 honda accord from this guy, he hyped it up to be something so fantastic, let alone it was a used car so i knew where would be some issues. 1) I was told the brakes were like new, wrong. the front brakes were metal to metal and could have killed me. 2) the windshield had a shitty reseal job done and leaks above the driver headliner but wasn’t told about that of course stating “no leaks”. 3) claims to be a clean title but car has multiple dents as if it has been hit. 4) claims ... read more

Such a tremendous experience! My husband Mike just bought a truck from Stephen Hooper. And yes, we drove from Myrtle Beach SC to Wilmington NC to make the purchase. It was worth it the drive. Professional transaction. Nice guy. Prepared and ready. Kind and helpful. It is obvious that Stephen has worked hard and grown a super business. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hoopers Auto House is great! I just purchased a Mazda 6 there and it is beautiful! The process was so easy and hassle free. I feel like I got a very fair price and after dealing with the people out there trying to sell junk cars for top dollar this was so refreshing. No one is breathing down ur neck while you test drive or look the car over. There’s no pressure to buy. If you’ve been struggling to find a good car you’ll know exactly what I mean. I highly recommend them!
