they dropped off our unit last Sunday afternoon, came to put it in on Monday at 8:15ish they were here all day. plus they blew one of our circuits. they replaced it but manage to trigger it up to a fan. they had to replace our thermostat because they said it was the wrong one, came back Tuesday morning to "fix"it again didn't leave a note on how to work it or even a phone call to what they all did. now it will blow the a/c and then the heater the fan never shuts off we have a new born and we don't know how to dress him the t... read more
