One way to measure the quality of a practice is how the team handles adversity. Dr Z and his outstanding staff handled my situation in the best possible way, exceeding my expectations. My dental implant did not heal properly through no fault of the surgeon's. Karen and Jennie followed up with me even after I moved out of the area only to discover my situation. They felt bad and worked on a solution which included refunding me the cost of the implant! I would highly recommend their team should you need oral surgery.
