Pre -covid, this was probably one of the best practices in central/southern NH. Due to the nature of business, much of the staff left since they could make more on unemployment than 40 hours at a vet clinic. They now have a non clinical office manager making clinical decisions which Dr Meloy doesn't seem to mind ( she works 1 day per week) .
