We had a very concerning experience with Hooks Title. They missed a lien during the title work process, which nearly led to a foreclosure on our home. This kind of oversight is unacceptable, especially in such a critical area of real estate. They were very unhelpful leaving us to deal with the consequences of their error on our own. I would not recommend Hooks Title to anyone looking for reliable or professional service in handling such an important transaction.
