12:30 Sunday morning My oxygen machine decided to take a shit. They wanted to come out during the night and bring you another one. No. 11:30 a.m. he brings out a machine that has not been cleaned and smells like a horrible plug-in. I contact them and tell them about it. And here it is Monday evening and I still have not received a different machine. I'm finding a different company.
The ladies at Hooks, especially Michelle, went out of there way to help me with my CPAP needs!
Christy at the Lafayette Indiana location what's the best customer service person I have encountered in a long long time explain to her that no one would help me get the oxygen that my mother needed she took it upon herself to get all of the information from me I made sure that my mom was taken care of I spoke to her at 4:00 on Monday and by Tuesday my mother had oxygen. I am extremely pleased with the service that I received from this company I was in a situation where I needed to get oxygen for my girlfriend because she ran out not paying attention to the amount she had left and without it I contacted the people at Hooks about my situation and even though they were closed they volunteered to stay at the store and wait for me so I could get the oxygen needed, because if they didn't things could have been possibly tragic for the person needing the oxygen to live.
