Great people to work with
Impossible to get in contact with anyone after hours and also impossible to access patient portal if they have the wrong phone number due to authentication code requirement. I realize they likely service a large area & have a high demand but it would be nice to have a rep touch base with you occasionally to see what needs or questions you may have.
I was impossible to talk to someone about receiving a bill and being charged for a machine that never left the box. A monitoring fee on something again, that never left the box. What are they monitoring? They even have the box back because I returned it, turns out I couldn’t use it.
