Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with! Their customers are dependent on oxygen TO LIVE and they don’t answer the phone or they say they will call you back and never do! Obviously they don’t care about their customers. Also, many are the elderly who are left dangling without their oxygen or C-Paps. Shame on Hook’s Oxygen and Medical.
No response to calls, no delivery of ordered products
The phone line is constantly busy. They don’t have a website or good email address in which to contact them.
WE have been trying to get a portable oxygen machine for my mother since last year (October). I call. I leave messages. The nurses have called. NOTHING!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! Our elderly are suffering because of negligence.
This place is horrible. I've called several times for the past few weeks, my dad's doctor has called, and our visiting nurse trying to get oxygen for my dad. They have never answered their phones nor do they return messages left.They did the same thing with the hospital bed and nebulizer. The absolute worst company as far as customer service and caring for their customers. Medicare is stupid for using this company. Doing everything I can to report them. They shouldn't even get 1 star!
