I haven't even had a consultation yet but the receptionist BROOKE is outrageously rude. She had me on hold for over 7 minutes and I called back while still on hold and she answers. I say to her 'hey im the lady you've had on hold for 7 mins' and she goes "OKAY???'' as if it was my fault!? I went in on Thursday to get 3 wisdom teeth removed. The surgery went well but the aftermath is horrible. I was prescribed pain medicine that I had no idea I was allergic to. I called them to let them know that I was allergic to the pain medicine and the receptionist kept giving me the run around (MIND YOU I'M IN PAIN). She told me she would see if the dentist would prescribe me something else and would call me back to let me know. She never called me back so I called her back hours later.
