We've had a few different trades at our place lately to fix issues and no one even comes close to Hooked! Spud and his lovely apprentice (Lucas?) come when they say they will, are always so polite, give honest and cost-effective recommendations and are super responsive. Cannot recommend Hooked more highly!

We’ve used Hooked Plumbing & Gas three times now; two planned jobs and today’s emergency… I cannot recommend them highly enough! Great communication, fair pricing, excellent workmanship. A throughly professional service! Thanks Spud! Hot showers for us tonight!

I have already recommended Spud to my friends! He was so good….called to let me know when he was coming, arrived on time, got the toilet in, cleaned up the area to a spotless condition. Installed a new tap and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. He doesn’t charge an outrageous amount for his work but that work it done to a high standard. I will be keeping his phone number handing for the next time. Thanks so much Spud!

We've been using Hooked Plumbing and Gas for all our interior and exterior plumbing on a full house renovation. Spud makes the time, is easy to deal with, trustworthy and does an awesome job. Highly recommend this company.

I have used Spud and his team for urgent plumbing issues a few times now. On each occasion he has been prompt and professional with communication and always excellent service provided a rare find in the trade industry. Always makes time to come out and fix any problem. Special mention to Lucas their apprentice he was extremely polite, thorough and professional! Nice work guys!
