I highly recomend Hooked on the Bay. I bough my first brand new boat from them in 2000. I traded that boat in for a larger boat in 2007. Not only did I get a great price on the new boats I got a great trade in price also. Their service department is excellent. I can call Jon at anytime and get great mechanical advice or quick service. My 12 year old Yamaha F250 still runs like the day it was new!
John is amazing. If you have a salt engine, this is your guy. Very professional, honest and a great trouble shooter. I will never take my boat anywhere eles if I am in Charlestown. There is a lot of AWFUL mechanics out there and JOHN is not one of them. Highly recommend John..
They make promises they can't keep.They lied about repairs made. Claimed the boat was repaired and sea trialed. Went through this process 5 times! Late fall and early this season, they asked me to wait until they had time to work on the boat. First time I waited 3 weeks for repairs only to have it run for 10 minutes then breakdown. Then they asked me to wait until after Memorial Day. The 5th appointment was scheduled for June 9. I called once a week until July 2 with no return call. I picked up a new Northcoast with a 60hp Honda on it. Sweet little boat with a big feel the team at hooked on the bay has treated us right before and after the sale. They installed a new chart plotter and the install looks great.
I have dealt with hooked on the bay for many years very helpful and honest fair pricing very knowledgeable You won't get a better deal from anyone else
Great company! I had a problem with some shrink wrapping they did and when I called them they sent someone out right away to fix the issue.
