If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would. The coaches and owner care about you and your fitness goals. It’s so much fun, vibes are always at a high, plus you get to learn how to defend yourself and kickbox. I’d highly recommend.
I absolutely love it here! Coach Kristin and Coach Malik are truly encouraging and I had a great time overall! Can’t wait to see the progress I’ll be making🩷
