Hooked kickboxing has always been amazing. I recently joined again after moving back to Queens, and the classes are still great. The workouts are intense, but you leave feeling unstoppable. Instructor Malik is supportive in helping me achieve my goals.
I have been coming here for about 2 months now and let me tell you I have enjoyed every bit of it , everyone is so friendly or coaches are great motivators, I don’t jus have one favorite coach they are all amazing, since coming here I have seen so many changes in my body and mind set.this is by far one of the best decisions I have ever made to come to hookedkickboxing.
