Excellent experience..The trainers and coaches really take their time to work with you so that you are comfortable. I was able to go at my own pace and still keep up. I enjoyed the company that I was around. Everyone is very supportive and looking forward to seeing my progress as I continue on.
I’ve been coming around since May! The classes range in difficulty but we always hit different parts of the body each day. It’s nice to start building a community since I’ve first started my fitness journey. Everyone here tries to keep me accountability even while I procrastinate 😅
Amazing staff, they make me feel comfortable, saved, like in a family, I’m feel so happy to take the decision to join here 1,000% recommended. ☺️
It’s the best place to get your cardio in and you’ll have fun doing it. Worth coming here
