Not much more to add that hasnt been said already. Hooked provides the best dining experience in the valley. The full fish experience sounds simple, but your mind will be blown away when you're served the variety of dishes from the one fish. It doesnt have to break the bank though. Hooked offers daily specials fit for any palette, lunch specials, drink and apres. RSVP early because why wait.

Amazing! We got to pick which fish we wanted to enjoy and had the chef prepare half in a multitude of uncooked ways (ceviche, sushi, sushimi) and the other half he cooked two different ways. Just phenomenal!
Even Neptune would love Hooked. Dined there again last night and it was fabulous. The fish, the service, and even found a lovely bottle of wine -- a Pinot Nero from Alto Adige -- that didn't break the bank. The menu can be a little overwhelming, but the capable, highly trained staff are more than happy to guide you through it. I'm a local and I highly recommend Hooked to locals and vistors alike.

While attending a conference, four of us had dinner at Hooked. We selected two whole fish. The fish monger was incredibly knowledgable. We ended up having ceviche, two rolls, and two orders of sashimi prior to the cooked portion of our meal arriving. The food was amazing, service excellent, and atmosphere was great. The host, server, fish monger, and chef deserve the highest praise. Make time to visit if you're in Beaver Creek.
Amazing. It's a must everytime we are there! Love to sit at the sushi bar!
