My husband placed an order at Hook & Reel in Southgate, and I stopped by after work to pick it up. The woman at the front counter who helped me was absolutely wonderful—very polite, friendly, and welcoming. The restaurant was also very clean, which made it feel inviting from the moment I walked in.
