Very disappointed. Been eating here since they first open. Go here so much the employees know who I am. Always so enjoyable and delish. Today I ordered online and got my food and noticed the seafood how no flavor to it and the sauce was very very watered down. Instead of complaining to Uber Eats I called the store. Spoke to the manager who I know has been there for years and knows me and how much I come there and I explained to him the issue. His only option to give me was contact the delivery platform. We got the special buy a dinner get a pound of shrimp free....what was on the top was average at best.....shrimp on bottom of bag old texture bad.....just old
Hook’n Real Cajun Seafood has a great atmosphere with soft music and lighting perfect for conversation. The food was flavorful without being heavy, and the bathrooms were clean. The staff stood out — friendly, attentive, and quick to keep drinks refilled. A bit pricey compared to others, but the service and vibe make it worth it.
Very mediocre boil. I had very high expectations considering how popular this place is but unfortunately this was one of the least flavorful boils i’ve ever had. Highly do not recommend it, and the quantity of it was also very low, despite ordering extra. We feel cheated. DO NOT COME HERE FOR BOILS!!!
The service is exceptional, food is one of the best seafood boils Ive had. Celine, Deniko and the rest of the team thank you for the best food and top service.
