The crab fries were excellent. But the real show stopper was the seafood boil! There are tons of combos to ensure you get the seafood you’re craving. The food is fresh and flavorful. The server was friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend.
I haven’t been here in years and decided to go today not expecting a roach as my date!!! I was instantly disgusted !, of course a discount was offered but really wasn’t a difference at all. Taking off my drink was like taking off 50 cents, at that point I was ready to go and get to reporting because that’s just poor customer service and ridiculous!!!! Love coming back to Hook & Reel! My encounters with the staff have always been amazing. This time around for my son’s bday we had the server Quita and she was just everythinggg! She was really holding the fort down with the tables. Quita even treated my kids with so much care and love. Seafood boil amazing! The Hook & Reel special blend will always hit.
